Donna Meadows
CEO
Under Donna's leadership, St. Joseph has quickly grown to be one of the largest comprehensive treatment facilities in West Virginia. During her career, Donna Meadows has demonstrated commitment and determination in providing medical care to individuals affected by mental health and substance use disorder issues in medically underserved areas of West Virginia. In 2019 Ms. Meadows was recognized by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners with the State Award for Excellence for her innovative approach to providing holistic care for those suffering from addiction. Ms. Meadows’s recent accomplishments with St. Joseph include improving access to substance abuse care through mobile units in rural areas of the state and the establishment of the first credentialed outpatient, free-standing community care option for Veterans. Donna enjoys staying connected with the beautiful outdoors in West Virginia where she loves working on her farm along with raising and showing American Saddlebred Horses.
Michael Faust
Chief Operating Officer
Michael has extensive experience in contract negotiation and acquisition, project management and controls, and planning and customer relations in private and government industries. Prior to St. Joseph Recovery Center, Mr. Faust served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Siltstone Capital, a successful energy, mineral, and real estate corporation.
Mr. Faust attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a B.S. in business management from Virginia Tech. He also earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore Law School. Mr. Faust was an All-American Heavyweight wrestler at Virginia Tech and was also an All-American Heavyweight Olympic wrestler, earning All-American honors at multiple US Opens, World Team Trials and Olympic Team Trials.
Jordan Granus
Program Director
Jordan graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Marketing. She is also a graduate of Bluefield State College as a Registered Nurse. Jordan is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Walden University. Jordan has significant experience in the fields of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment, as well as new business start-up and development. Before coming to St. Joseph Recovery Center in March 2019, Jordan was most recently the Director of Marketing for a successful comprehensive treatment center/ OBMAT in central West Virginia and currently assists with all operational aspects of St. Joseph Recovery Center. In her spare time, Jordan enjoys riding and showing American Saddlebred Horses with her son and family.
Crystal Doan
Financial Controller
Crystal received her Bachelor of Art in Political Science from Ohio University in 2008. She pursued accounting classes at West Virginia University - Parkersburg and received her master’s in business administration from Marshall University in 2021. Chrystal was previously employed by a large out-patient physical therapy company as Team Leader of Accounting. During her twelve-year tenure with her previous employer, Chrystal gained valuable knowledge in healthcare accounting including financial controls. Chrystal came on board with St. Joseph Recovery Center in April 2022. She leads the Finance Department and is actively involved in many projects and committees within the organization. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family. Chrystal resides in Parkersburg with her husband, Chris, and their two young children.
Amanda Lieving
Human Resource Director
Amanda has over fifteen years’ experience in the field. She ensures the employees receive the knowledge, resources, and training they need to perform their job. Amanda attended West Virginia University of Parkersburg studying Social Services. While attending she was a LifeBridge AmeriCorps member, dedicating her time and efforts to the community. She received two Presidential Service Awards for mentoring, teaching, and serving the vulnerable population all over the state of West Virginia.
Amanda is employee driven and has been with St. Joseph Recovery Center since October of 2022. Prior to that she was the Training Coordinator for a company that provides services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Amanda enjoys traveling, cooking, and fun holiday-based activities with her three children.
Molly Jones
Clinical Director
Molly served as the Director of Nursing before transitioning into her role as Clinical Director. Molly graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Family Studies. She is also a Registered Nurse who graduated from West Virginia University. Prior to her tenure at St. Joseph, Molly worked in community behavioral health as a case manager, and as a charge nurse for 10 years on 2 inpatient psychiatric units. Molly enjoys the outdoors, swimming, and spending time with her family.
Cheryl Angus
Facility Operations Director
Cheryl graduated from West Virginia University Parkersburg with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Nursing. She is also a graduate of Valencia College as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Cheryl has extensive Business and Human Resources experience. Prior to coming to St. Joseph Recovery Center in 2022, Cheryl worked for the US Government for 4 years. In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. She looks forward to relaxing at the barn with her horses.
